Self Employed Contract Cleaner for Public Conveniences, Eskdaleside, Sleights YO22 5EQ

• Approximately 1 hr alternate days to keep the facilities clean & sanitised to a high standard
• To report any identified defects or maintenance issues to the Clerk
• Successful Applicant to provide own cleaning equipment/cleaning products/PPE and any other H&S equipment required
• Successful Applicant to provide risk assessment and COSHH data
• Successful Applicant to preferably have own public liability insurance
• Successful Applicant to provide references on request

Expected start date: September 2016

To note that the public conveniences will be closed for approximately 3 months over winter for extensive refurbishment
