REGISTERING AN INTEREST IN THE NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES IN Eskdaleside

Anyone who is in housing need and has a local connection to Eskdaleside Parish is invited to register an interest and make a bid on one of the new affordable rented homes currently being built in the village and due for completion in February 2016.

The development consists of six two-bedroom four person houses and four three-bedroom five person houses and will be managed by Home Group Housing Association.

Rents will be in the region of; £104 per week for the 2 bedroom houses and £118 for the 3 bedroom houses.

The rented properties will be advertised on North Yorkshire Home Choice www.northyorkshirehomechoice.org.uk from

Thursday 28^th January until midnight on Tuesday 2^nd February

It is important to note that there will be different adverts for the end and mid terrace houses due to the rents being slightly different so it is advisable to bid on both.
