Get behind our Great Daffodil Appeal collections

Marie Curie’s Great Daffodil Appeal has been raising awareness and funds since 1986.
Last year, the appeal raised £7.5 million, funding almost 400,000 hours of nursing care. That was a great result but sadly, one in four people in the UK still don't get the care and support they need at the end of their life.
Every March, millions of people across the UK show their support for our work, simply by giving a donation to wear a daffodil pin.
Without this generosity, thousands of families across the UK wouldn’t be able to make the most of the precious time they have left together.

Volunteer your time

Why not join us for just two hours to collect donations and give out daffodil pins at a supermarket near you? Every £20 pays for an hour of nursing care – giving peace of mind to people living with a terminal illness and a chance for their family to rest.
