Social media and websites seem to be the latest trend in enabling communities to become more integrated and to facilitate the government's idea of the Big Society.  Eskdaleside-cum-Ugglebarnby Parish Council have decided to join the digital age by creating its new website and Twitter account.  The Parish Council; however, does realise that not everyone has access to the internet, and will still continue to publish and circulate hardcopy quarterly newsletters as well as posting agendas and other interesting information on its noticeboards to facilitate equality of access to information.
